Hi, I'm Redwan.
Backend Software Engineer based in Dhaka. CSE graduate at North South University. The work below is real — four projects: one live platform, two medical AI research projects, and a CSE327 service platform.
I started in computer science at North South University with an interest in AI and machine learning. The research projects — a four-CNN comparison on histopathology slides, and a transformer comparison on medical reports — taught me how to read papers honestly and report results without overclaiming. Same split, same preprocessing, same metric, or the comparison doesn't mean anything.
The turn happened while building DeltaCrown — when what started as a tournament tool became a question about how to design entire platforms.
Where the operator boundary lives. How to model relational data so it holds up under a year of edits. How to keep both player and operator surfaces against the same source of truth. The reversibility question — make anything that can be undone so it can be undone, so the system stays ship-able.
Today I'm in Dhaka, looking for backend roles where the system-design questions get to be first-class. Not just feature work — the shape of what gets built.

Started CSE at North South University
Began the computer science programme in Dhaka. Early interest oriented around AI and machine learning.

Joined ACM as Senior Member
Active in the campus chapter — competitive programming, peer-led workshops, problem-solving culture.

Academic research in medical AI
Two research projects: a four-CNN comparison on the LC25000 lung histopathology dataset (Modified AlexNet led at 99.8%), and a transformer comparison (DistilBERT / DistilRoBERTa / BETO) on medical report classification (DistilRoBERTa led at 93.38%).

CSE327 — Smart Waste Management
Software engineering coursework at NSU: a PHP/MySQL waste service platform with user/admin roles, subscription gating, and a 9-table relational schema.
- 2024
Started DeltaCrown active development
Began designing and shipping the esports ecosystem platform — tournaments, teams, ranking, economy, and an operator console — single-handed, end-to-end.
- 2025
Graduated CSE at NSU
Wrapped the degree. The discovery during DeltaCrown reframed the direction: platform engineering, not just feature work.

Open to backend roles
Currently in Dhaka, available for backend / full-stack engineering roles. Remote-friendly. This portfolio is the surface where the work lives.

Academic CNN and transformer pipelines for medical data. Trained to hold comparisons rigorous — same split, same preprocessing, same metric — and report results honestly.

Git-driven workflows, build/lint/typecheck discipline, cloud deployment, and the operational layer between code and a working product.
